Hello hello guys my online friends. Welcome back to my blog barniscooking. Don't forget to always say Alhamdulillah to God who always give us opportunity to meet each other howover we just can meet on online. Alhamdulillah today is our last day in this week. Today we back again to doing pur menu's in cold kitchen,because our mistake two days a go.
Our menu today is Chinese Spinach and Peanut Salad, this is the kind of popular appetizer from China.Chinese spinach and peanut salad is a blanch spinach who mixed with liquid from black vineggar, soy sauce and seasoning with salt and sugar, and added with blend peanut. Like usually we always make a small group to doing our practice.

Some of my friends blanch the spinach, made a liquid and the another preparing the tools. First we boil the spinach, after that we mixed with the liquid . Next we prepare the plate to platting our food. After we prepared our food, we must to expalin our food to Sir Ical. Alhamdulillah everything is running well, hopefully we can be better next, aamiin aamiin.
So next i want to share how to make a Chinese Spinach and Peanut Salad:
Ingridients :
500 gr Spinach ,tough ends removed
1 cup Raw peanuts
1 tbsp Peanut oil or vegetable oil
2 tbsp Chinese black vineggar
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Minced ginger roasted white sesame seed for decoration
Procedure :
1.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spinach and over medium heat
untill cooked throgh ,about two minutes. Drain spinach set aside to cool

Add oil and peanuts to a wok or small skillet. Heat oil medium heat and
stir with a spatula continuously ,the skin off the peanuts turns dark
brown and the peanuts turn golden brown. Turn off heat immendiately and
tran peanuts to a plate cool
3. Combine black vineggar soy sauce ,sugar,salt into a small bowl mix well and set aside.

When spinach is cool enogh to handle ,squueze a water out of it with
both hands. Chop spinach into pieces about 8 centimeters or 3 inches in
lenght and transfer several smal serving bowls.
5. Right before serving ,top spinach with peanuts and dried with vinegar sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds serve immediately.
