Hello hello guys my online friends. Welcome back to my blog barniscooking. Don't forget to always say Alhamdulillah to Allah who always give us opportunity to meet each other howover we just can meet on online. Alhamdulillah today is our third days in this week. In fact we cannot doing today because we make a mistake two days a go, but Alhamdulillah Sir Ical,give us opportunity to doing although we just can doing in cold kitchen.
Today our menus is Norimaki. Yashh this is a kind of dishes from Japan,because our theme todays is Japanese Food. Like usually we make it a small group to doing our practice. So some cooked the rice, some people prepared for the vegetable, make it an omlette and the another make it the susizhu this is the liquid for the rice,later on we mix this liquid with the rice.To make this is simple,so everything can running well.

Next we prepared to plating our food. This part always made me so confused,my friends actualy too. We so confused about how we can made this food is interesting. But because our good coperation from all of my friends we can do this. Next our confused too is how to explian this food.We always pointing each other about who can explain this food. The point is if you want to explain your food ,you must to explain this food universaly. Alhamdulillah everything is running well,hopefuly can be better,aamiin aamiin.
So now i want to share to all of you How to make a Norimaki:
Ingridients :
650 gr Rice
7 layer Nori
300 gr Tobikko
2 pcs Egg beaten
2 pcs Cucumber ,cut into julienne
Sushizu:
180 ml Vinegar
130 gr Sugar
40 gr Salt
Procedure :
1.Mix all ingridients sushizu and boil,than cool to room temperature
2.For egg ,make a thin omlette
3.Make steam rice ad mix with sushizu
4.Portion rice to 7 portions (90 gr/portion).Take makisu and put nori ,rice and filling shusi like a cucumber,tobikko and omlette.Then roll
5.Cut norimaki into 8 pieces and serve with shoyu.
