hallo hallo guysss, we are meet again,Alhamdulillah. Don't forget to always say Alhamdulillah to Allah ,who always give us opportunity to meet each other. After MID we are back to practice. On this week we are entered rotation menu 2.1. In this menu we are prepare ,for the appetizer is Chinese spinach and peanut sauce,for soup is Traditional egg droup soup,for maincourse is Beef rice bowl,and the last for dessert we are prepare Tang yuan and Tang zhong.
My group got opportunity for prepare main course ,yess Beef rice bowl.Beef rice bowl is a food from japanase. Beef rice bowl is a rice with saute beef and black pepper sauce. Me and Dina prepare for sauce and blanch the vegetable,rahmi and anita prepare for chicken stock,indah and sheren prepare for the vegetable,yusuf and aswan prepare for the beef.
After prepare all of the ingridients ,we must input the ingridients on the system. This is the important things that you must doing this after practice. If you didn't want to input, it's simple ,don't practice too. After input all of the ingridients that we use ,we are general cleaning, GC is the one of important things to do too. Alhamdulillah everything is running well.
Ingridients:
400 gr Beef short ribs
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp japanase sake
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp miso
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 pcs onion,sliced
500 ml chicken stock
1/2 pcs brocolli or cauliflower
2 pcs sweet carrot
Procedure:
1.
To slice beef thinly,place fresh beef in the tenderloin in the freezer
for 20 minutes ,or use half-thawed beef. Slice along the grain into 1/16
inch (2mm) thick pieces.
2. Cut and prep veggies
3.Combine light soy sauce ,japanese sake ,oyster sauce ,miso,sugar,and black pepper in small bowl.Mix well and set aside
4. Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat untill warm. Add onion. Cook and stir untill soft ,about 2 minutes.
5. Add chicken stock and the mixed sauce.Cook until bringing in to a boil.
6. Spread beef slices in the skillet. Cook untill bringing to a gentle simmer and immendiately turn low heat.
7. Simmer uncorved untill beef turns tender and the sauce thickers,for 40-50 minutes.
8.While simmering the beef,bring a pot of water to a boil. Add brocoli and carrots.Cook untill just soft. Drain and set aside

Add rice to serving bowl.Top with broccoli and carrots on the one
side,and the beef on the other side. Drizzle with the beef sauce. Serve
warm
