Daily activity ( English version)

Bismillah, Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh,hayhaayy guuuyss. Welcome back to my , Alhamdulillah finally we are meat again. After one week. Don't forget to say Alhamdulillah for all of the greatest that comes to our life.Now,like usually i would like to tell you guys my busy day ini kitchen. In this momentum, i felt special because today ia MID test for us,after fighting in kitchen ,finally we are on MID test.

In this opportunity,me and my friend doing at the fourth day. We got 1.4 rotation menu.Alhamdulillah we never got this menu. Because Sir Ical always said we must learn ,learn and learn. So before MID test we are learning before in YouTube.Big thanks to YouTube.In this menu ,me and my friends ayu must prepare for spaghetti bolognese and yellow butter cake. Ohyahh today we are got a special opportunity whyyy because today in the kitchen we meet with special guest. big thanks for senior too who help us to prepare this.




That is some problem we got huhuhu,pardon me sir we can't to give you the best ,but we've done do the best from us. I hopefully you accept this. I hope after this on the next semester we're being a good version from us. Yupps after we are doing like usually we are general cleaning ,untill 6 am. All right next,i'm gonna tell you how to make spaghetti bolognese and yellow butter cake :

1.Spaghetti bolognese

Ingridients
Bolognese sauce
- 45 gr Butter
-9 tbs olive oil
-3 pcs large onion
-3 stalk onion
-1500 gr minced beef
-1500 gr can chopped
-6 tbsp tomato paste
-9 tbsp oregano
-5 pcs bayleave
-as needed salt and pepper
-to serve parmesan

For pasta
-3 kg spagetti
-as needed olive oil
-as needed salt and pepper

Procedur
-Melt the butter with the oil in large ,heavy based saucepan and gently fry the onion for 5 minutes.Add the celery and fry gently for a further 2 minutes,
-Stir in the garlic ,then add minced beef .Fry gently ,breaking up the meet,untill lightly browned.
-Stir in the chopped tomatoes ,tomato paste,oregano and bay leaves and bring to the boil
-Reduce the het and cook very gently ,uncorved for about 45 minutes or untill the sauce is very thick and pulpy.Check the seasoning.
-Boil water and the sprinkle some salt into water,pour some olive oil.
-Than add pasta and boiling for about 7 minutes ,drained in coolandet,pour some olive oil into pasta and mix well.Let it cool
-For finishing  spaghetti bolognese,pit 150 gr pasta on the pasta plate ,than pour warm bolognese sauce,serve with garneted parmesan.

2.Yellow Butter cake

Ingridients
- 720 gr butter
-780 gr sugar
-7 gr salt
-450 gr egg
-900 gr soft flour
-35 gr baking powder
-900 ml fresh milk
-15 ml vanilla

Procedure
-Scale ingridients accurently .Have all ingridients at room temperature.
-Place the butter or shortening in the mixing bowl.With the paddle attachment,beat slowly untill fat is smooth and creamy .
-Add the sugar .Cream the mixture at moderate speed untill the mixture is light and fluffy.Some bakers prefer to add the sakt and flavorings with the sugar to ensure uniform distribution.
-Add the eggs a little at a time.After each addition ,beat untill the eggs are absorbed before adding more. The mixture should be light and fluffy after the eggs are beaten i.
-Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing
-Add the sifted dry ingridients .Alternating with liquids .this is done as follows:
add one-fourth of dry ingridients,Mix just untill blended in
add one-third of the liquid.Mix it just untill blended in.
Repeat untill of the ingridients are used. Scrape down the sides of the bowl occasionally for even mixing.
